MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Sunburst Chemicals introduces the LFS3500 Laundry Flush System. Programmed in just minutes, the LFS3500 is a 3 product laundry system/flush delivery with control board that mixes flushing water with dissolved solid chemicals to deliver the desired detergent concentration to the washer. The system provides consistent and accurate product delivery while eliminating potential overflow problems, mixing of incompatible products, and chemical spillage.
The LFS3500 system is designed to dispense Sunburst Chemicals’ solid laundry products. One capsule of solid product replaces up to 6 gallons of liquid product which reduces inventory and storage space requirements, and product pilferage, and increases employee safety. Solid product capsules are thoroughly rinsed and can be recycled as easily as a milk container.
With rugged stainless steel and ABS plastic construction, the LFS3500 dispenser is designed for long life and reliable operation in demanding laundry applications. They are rated to handle water temperatures up to 140°F, with a pressure range of 2.0 gal/min at 40 psi dynamic pressure. They require a 120VAC power supply.
