TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Sunburst Chemicals is an industry leading manufacturer of cleaning and sanitation chemicals, specializing in solid detergent systems. Customer applications include institutional laundry, food service, housekeeping/janitorial and various industrial applications. Sunburst Chemicals seeks qualified applicants for the position of Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas, Texas area. The Territory Sales Manager's primary focus is to service and provide sales leadership to Distributors in this market.

Sales Duties:

  • Recommend detergent and supply quantity for Distributor inventory
  • Conduct sales training and cultivate Distributor sales teams
  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve short-term and long-term objectives
  • Uncover client needs and recommend orders for detergents, service and supplies
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports as requested

Service Duties:

  • Provide regularly scheduled maintenance for Sunburst dispensers and related equipment in assigned accounts
  • Service dispensing and related equipment in assigned accounts in emergency situations
  • Prepare for and install new dispensing equipment and upgrades
  • Review and troubleshoot client-owned equipment for functionality and repair or clean, as required

Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of institutional cleaning, sanitation industry, large institutional laundries or related experience in restaurant, foodservice or hotel / hospitality management. We seek candidates interested in continuing a career of success in sales growth and management. A technical or Bachelor's Degree is desired. Up to 30% overnight travel, required.

Sunburst Chemicals is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Route Sales Technician in the Duluth, Minnesota area. The Route Sales Technician's primary focus is servicing and maintaining accounts in a defined geographic area.

Service Duties:

  • Provide regularly scheduled maintenance for Sunburst dispensers and related equipment in assigned accounts.
  • Service dispensing and related equipment in assigned accounts in emergency situations.
  • Prepare for and install new dispensing equipment and upgrades.
  • Review and troubleshoot client-owned equipment for functionality and repair or clean, as required.
  • Sell additional products to existing accounts and prospect new accounts.

Qualified applicants will have 1+ years experience in route sales and service.
